Bachelor Degree is 4 years study, except for Pharmacy Program which is 6 years study. Master Degree is 2 years and Doctoral Degree is 3 years. (The actual duration depends on program, extension may happen case by case )

If the document is not in English language, please submit the original documents and an English translation certified by a licensed translator.

Your referees, who should be well acquainted with your intellectual abilities, academic performance, and personal character. Applicants for the Master and Doctoral degree programs must submit at least 2 recommendation letters. No recommendation letters are required for Bachelor degree programs.

No recommendation letters will be taken as incompleted document submission.

Yes, we do. The interview may take in April 2023 via online. Applicants will be informed directly by the faculties. The schedule is subject to change, depending on the faculties.

Applicants for Bachelor and Master Degrees can apply without an English language proficiency test. Please be reminded that applicants without an English language proficiency test may be taken as second priority on the candidates’ list and it depends on the the related committee.
Applicants for Doctoral Degree must have the English language proficiency test.

We recommend contacting the faculty for this matter.

Some courses may provide the entrance examination, especially for a Bachelor Degree.

Applicants for Bachelor Degree must finish high school before applying for study at KKU.

No. Normally, the faculty will consider applicant qualifications.

The selection process will be taken by the faculties. Some courses may arrange the examination and interview.

There are many online channels to contact the faculties and professors such as social media, email, zoom meeting etc.

KKU will submit the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) to the faculties on 10 May 2023. Applicants will receive the LOA from the faculties via Email. If you need the original LOA for VISA Request, please contact faculty staff who are sending you email.

Yes, you can change the applied program before the due date and before clicking the confirm button on the system. However, you are not allowed to change the selected program after you click confirm button on the system.

You are able to check and trace the status of your application online after you login to your account. After you confirm your application, the first step is to review your application for eligible status. Once your application meets the requirement, the system will pass on to the next step. If KKU needs additional documents, then you will be notified by email to update your application. The second step is the selection process. In this selection process, KKU will use criteria to select the applicants to be the candidate. Finally, you will be informed of your submission regarding selection process and result announcement through the system.

The system provides you with an alternative way: a box to put a share link of your application. You are required to save your application on cloud storage in advance, to get a share link, before putting the link of your application in the box.

For the university, we do not appoint any of the agents for the student recruitment. you may contact the related faculty if they need.

  1. original bachelor degree and university graduate certificate and English translation certified by a licensed translator (for master study)
  2. original bachelor and master degree and university graduate certificate for bachelor and master, English translation
  3. certified by a licensed translator (for doctoral study)
  4. original bachelor transcript with English translation certified by a licensed translator (for master study)
  5. original bachelor and master transcript with English translation certified by a licensed translator (for doctoral study)
  6. copy of passport
  7. ID photo taken within last 6 months
  8. completed application form
  9. 2 recommendation letters
  10. English language proficiency test (IELTS, TOEFL, etc)

No, as the public university, we do not offer this.

The related faculty may provide this service, please consult with the faculty you got accepted.

Due to the limitation of the on-campus dormitory, the faculty you got accepted will contact you regarding this issue.
